Lois Rockefeller represents business and governmental entities, including a number of small cities, in the west-central Texas area. In representing governmental entities, Ms. Rockefeller provides legal services related to open government issues, government contracting, annexation, planning and zoning, economic development, code enforcement, law enforcement issues, municipal court prosecution, code enforcement, and employment matters. Ms. Rockefeller provides legal counsel to business clients on business formation, contracts, liability issues, employment matters, and the purchase and sale of assets and business. Ms. Rockefeller also assists clients in real estate transactions and estate planning and probate.
